Description
Sika 1 Waterproofer
Sika 1 waterproofer is a aqueous solution which contains complex colloidal silicates. In the presence of water these swell and block the capillaries and pores in the applied sand/cement renders, screeds and mortar to provide an effective barrier against the transmission of liquid water.

We offer a kerbside delivery service – we will typically try to deliver to your front garden, or driveway: we will leave the product in a safe location adjacent to the main roadway, but off any public highways. Unfortunately, the product cannot be taken around the back of the property, nor can we enter a property for access. If you live in a flat, or terraced house for example, we will still only be able to deliver to the point of the property adjacent to the main roadway. Please ensure that sufficient space is cleared for the delivery, and the delivery vehicle. We will only deliver to registered residential or commercial addresses. We will not deliver to an unsecured allotment, car park, waste ground etc. We will not be held responsible for any damage to your property or any claims resulting from where the delivery is left.
If we are unable to make a delivery, or there is a delay due to access issues, a 20% fee will be payable.
We ask our drivers to be as flexible as possible, but the final decision on delivery remains with them.
